+# /do command
+The primary purpose of this command is to provide a way to do actions from the chat. Unlike the `/activity` command, it closely follows the code paths of clicking the action's button. There are many actions you can do, so the way it works is a bit complicated.
+
+## Syntax
+The general syntax is `/do VERB [ZONE] [TARGET]`. Note that zone and target are optional, some actions don't require one or the other or both; also target may be empty, meaning yourself (see [[TARGET]]).
